I am in New York city also and have the same problem if you come up with any idea's please be sure to share them. I am so desperate. My teeth are barely hanging on. I need assistance asap. I am in so much pain..and I am stressed out.

I am 44 years old and in live in new york city.. I am a single mother of three and work full time. I have horrible teeth. I mean horrible. They are rotten and yellow and I am buck tooth..I am also in alot of pain. My bottom front teeth are so bad they are lifting off of the gum and are sitting on plaque. I swear I am not kidding. I finally found the courage to go to a dentist 2 years ago. (I have dental insurance) But the amount of work I need will cost me an additional $5000. Have not gone back since.. which I dont have. I live pay check to pay check I swear I am so stressed out My front teeth are barely hanging on. I dont know what to do. I need to have work done immediately.. I am not sure how I will be able to go to work when my teeth fall off. I need a quick fix.. Please anyoone that can help.. Need help and suggestions Please...
